Korado Bulgaria to pay 0.10 euro per share dividend

June 19 (SeeNews) - Steel radiator manufacturer Korado Bulgaria [BUL:KBG], part of Czechia-based Korado Group, said on Wednesday that its shareholders endorsed the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.19 levs ($0.104/0.097 euro) per share for 2023.

Korado Bulgaria will return to its investors some 2.5 million levs in total from its net profit of 3.57 million levs reported for last year, the company said in a bourse filing. The remaining earnings will be retained as undistributed profit.

The dividend will be disbursed from July 17. Shareholders registered with the Central Depository as of July 3 will have the right to receive dividend.

Last year, Korado distributed a gross dividend of 0.20 levs per share for 2022, or a total of 2.64 million levs.

Shares in Korado Bulgaria last traded on Tuesday when they closed at 5.20 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
