Frustration with widespread corruption has spilled into mass anti-government rallies in Albania and Serbia, two states whose leaders have had a strong grip on power for over a decade, but it is still unclear if they will bring a real political change, analysts say.

Serbia's state-owned power producer EPS said on Friday it has commissioned a new overburden spreader with an annual capacity of 12 million cubic metres at the Radljevo open-pit coal mine in the Kolubara basin, in the eastern part of the country.
