Bulgaria's Sirma to pay 0.01 euro per share dividend for 2023

June 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SGH] said on Friday that its shareholders endorsed the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.02 levs ($0.01/0.01 euro) per share for 2023.

Sirma Group will return to investors a total of 1.14 million levs from its after-tax profit of some 1.51 million levs reported for last year, the company said in a bourse filing. Of the remaining earnings, some 150,841 levs will top up Sirma's reserve fund, while the rest will be kept as undistributed profit.

Sirma Group paid out a gross dividend of 0.0339 levs per share for 2022, or 1.96 million levs in total, after disbursing 0.015 levs per share for the first half of the year, or a total of 889,135 levs, according to previously disclosed information.

Last week, Sirma said it has agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Romanian software development company Roweb Development.

As of 1535 CEST on Friday, shares in Sirma Group Holding traded 2.91% lower at 1.00 lev on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
