Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has approved a prospectus for the admission to trading on the regulated market of a 8 million euro ($9.2 million) seven-year bond issued by local agricultural financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit and has entered the issue in the public companies register.
Bulgarian agricultural financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit signed agreements to finance agricultural land purchases worth 156,872 euro ($180,430) in May, compared to 213,806 euro reported for the same month of 2025, it said.
Bulgarian fertiliser producer Neochim said its shareholders approved the distribution of a dividend of 2 euro ($2.32) per share for 2025.
