Romanian venture capital firm Early Game Ventures (EGV) said on Wednesday that it has closed a seed investment round worth 1 million euro ($1.2 million) in local e-commerce technology startup Naratix.

Croatian hotel owner and operator Jadran said it has received binding offers for its capitalisation from potential investors.
