Romanian telecommunications services provider Digi Communications N.V. on Monday announced plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) of its Spanish subsidiary, Digi Spain, on the Spanish stock exchanges in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia.

Bulgarian technological company Helios Marine said on Wednesday that it has started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), following a successful IPO in May.

Slovenia's NLB Skladi - Nepremicnine, a newly set up real estate investment company, said on Friday it plans to issue up to 10 million new shares at 10 euro ($11.6) apiece in an initial public offering (IPO) and list them on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

Romanian tour operator Christian Tour, part of local travel group Memento, said on Friday that its initial public offering (IPO) was priced at 1.895 lei ($0.42/0.36 euro) per share, implying a market capitalisation of around 410 million lei ($90.8 million/78.1 million euro).

Bulgarian technology company Helios Marine said on Tuesday that it has raised some 2.44 million euro ($2.84 million) in an initial public offering (IPO) held on May 20 on the BEAM market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
