Kosovo's ruling Self-Determination Movement, Levizja Vetevendosje (LVV), won the June 7 early parliamentary election with 47.13% of the vote, which translates into 53 representatives in the 120-seat parliament, the Central Election Commission (CEC) said on Friday, citing final results.
Kosovo's central bank said its international reserve assets increased to 1.386 billion euro ($1.591 billion) at the end of May, from 1.324 billion euro a year earlier.
Electricity traded on the day-ahead market of the Kosovo-Albanian power exchange, the Alpex, increased to 202.9 GWh in May, from 124.5 GWh in the same month of last year, Alpex said.
The European Parliament said on Wednesday it has adopted a report of its Foreign Affairs Committee in which they commend Kosovo’s sustained commitment to its European Union membership application but express serious concern over a prolonged domestic political deadlock.
Kosovo's gross power output increased to 435.6 GWh in April, from 405.7 GWh in the same month of 2025, the national statistical office, ASK, said on Wednesday.
