Croatian electrical concern Koncar said on Thursday it signed a 53.6 million euro ($61 million) deal with state-owned passenger railway company HZPP for the delivery of six battery electric multiple units (BEMUs) and the commissioning of one hybrid stationary power connection for charging traction batteries on the local railway network.
