Croatian electrical and computing engineers Jakov Sikiric and Sven Barac have launched Tender Operating Platform (TOP), the first Croatian artificial intelligence (AI) system that covers the entire process of applying for participation in a public procurement tender - from finding an opportunity to preparing documentation for submission, PR agency IMC said on Thursday.

U.S. technology giant Nvidia has acquired California-headquartered Kumo AI, a next-generation predictive enterprise AI platform co-founded by Slovenian computer scientist Jure Leskovec, in a transaction valued at an estimated $400 million (346 million euro) at least, Slovenian media reported.
