Croatia’s Garden Brewery to pay dividend of 5 euro/share

A total of 404,035 euro will be distributed as dividend out of the company's net profit of some 622,000 euro reported for 2023, The Garden Brewery said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

The remaining 218,000 euro of the net profit will be retained. Record date is July 3, ex-dividend date is July 2 and payment date is July 4.

Last year, the company paid out a gross dividend of 12 euro per share, or overall 969,700 euro, out of its net profit for 2022.

Shares of The Garden Brewery have not traded on the Zagreb bourse in the past 52 weeks.
