Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) said it plans to lower the minimum acceptance threshold in its takeover offer for Southeast Europe-focused Addiko Bank, following a similar move by rival bidder Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI).
Montenegro expects to receive by October a further 97.3 million euro ($111 million) in financing from the EU's 6 billion euro Reform and Growth Plan for the Western Balkans after successfully implementing most of the required reform measures in the first half of 2026, European affairs minister Maida Gorcevic said.
