Montenegro's public works ministry said it has opened a 40 million euro ($45.5 million) tender for the main project design and for construction works on Phase 1 of the first housing units of the Velje Brdo residential project nortwest of the capital Podgorica that aims to provide housing to citizens under favourable terms.
Montenegro’s electricity transmission system operator, Crnogorski Elektroprenosni Sistem (CGES), will launch in July tenders for goods and consultancy services under a 16.5 million euro ($18.8 million) project for the upgrade of a 220 kV overhead transmission line linking the country with neighbouring Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said.
