Foreign tourist arrivals to Croatia totalled 3.2 million in the first five months of this year, up 5.9% on the year, the statistical office said on Thursday.
Montenegro's old royal capital city of Cetinje will launch by September a design tender for the reconstruction of Grand Hotel Lokanda, the country's first hotel built back in 1864, local media reported.
