Croatian shipyard Iskra, part of Slovenian electronics and automation group Iskra, said is has signed an agreement to acquire Croatian shipyard 3. Maj Rijeka 1905, for some 6.7 million euro ($7.8 million).
Croatia’s state-owned enterprise restructuring and privatisation centre, CERP, said on Monday it has approved a bid by local shipyard Iskra, part of Slovenian electronics and automation group Iskra, to buy shipyard 3. Maj Rijeka 1905, for some 6.67 million euro ($7.8 million).
Croatia's state-owned fund for enterprise restructuring and privatisation, CERP, said it has issued a public call for the sale of the government’s 9.14% stake in salt producer Solana Ston, as well as its minority stakes in eleven other companies at open bidding auctions.
