“airBaltic continuously evaluates passenger demand and market dynamics. Based on them, decisions such as this – to adapt the route network and flight schedule – are made in order to ensure that the airline’s offerings meet the needs of travellers,” the airline told SeeNews in an emailed statement.
AirBaltic aircraft started flying to Pristina in May. The service is operated twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Sundays, according to Air Baltic’s flight schedule.
Air Baltic announced the start of the Riga-Pristina route last year, along with a new summer route to Albania’s Tirana, saying it aimed to improve connectivity with Southeast Europe.
