Kosovo opens 2.7 mln euro tender for multipurpose centre in Lipjan

June 21 (SeeNews) - The municipality of Lipjan near Kosovo’s capital Pristina said on Friday it has opened tender procedures for the construction of a multipurpose centre worth an estimated 2.74 million euro ($2.92 million).

The contract envisages the demolition of a building and construction of a centre on a 7,550 square metres state-owned land plot, within 300 days from the contract signing, the municipality said in a tender notice.

Offers can be submitted until July 15.
