The Federation's railway operator Zeljeznice FBiH will receive 19.4 million euro for railway infrastructure maintenance, the government said in a statement on Thursday.
A further 2 million marka will be used to co-finance passenger transport, 100,000 marka will go towards co-financing of combined railway transport, while the remaining 500,000 marka will represent the Federation's participation in the financing of Bosnia and Herzegovina Railways Public Corporation (BHZJK).
BHZJK was founded under an agreement between Bosnia's two constituent autonomous entities - the Federation and the Serb Republic, to establish a joint railway public company.
