July 3 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's OC Jahorina [BLSE:OCJH], the operator of the country's eponymous ski resort, said on Wednesday that its supervisory board has decided to temporarily suspend the subscription for a new share issue planned in the amount of 29 million marka ($16 million/14.8 million euro).

The subscription for the share issue was suspended due to the emergence of new circumstances that could affect the decision of investors to purchase the securities, OC Jahorina said in a bourse filing.

The subscription will continue after a clearance from the Securities Commission of the Serb Republic, OC Jahorina said, without revealing details.

OC Jahorina opened subscription for the new share issue on June 20. The subscription period was set to close 30 days later. The company was offering 29,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each to investors on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE).

OC Jahorina's current share capital of 32.5 million marka is divided into 32,504,292 shares of 1 marka in par value each.

Its shares have not traded on the BLSE in the past year.
