The solar PV plant, worth over 107,000 euro ($115,111), spans an area of 1,600 sq m, Restart Energy said in a social media post. The PV panels were installed on the ground and on the rooftops of Nobilia's buildings in the eastern commune of Cotesti, Vrancea county.

The installation will generate 205 MWh of green energy annually, reducing Nobilia's electricity costs by over 49,000 euro per year. The solar park will also reduce CO2 emissions by 64 tonnes per year.

Established in 2015, Restart Energy is part of renewable energy group Armand, founded by Armand Domuta. In 2023, Restart Energy's net profit plunged by 77% to 5 million lei ($1.1 million/1 million euro).
