Alma Media seeks antitrust nod to buy N. Macedonia's Vrabotuvanje Online

June 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) said that Alma Career, a unit of Finland's digital media group Alma Media, has asked for approval to acquire full ownership of local online recruitment service Vrabotuvanje Online.

The public can submit comments on the proposed transaction by June 30, CPC said in a notice on Tuesday.

Alma Media said earlier in June that Alma Career will acquire a 70% stake in Vrabotuvanje Online for an undisclosed price. Tau Online, part of Alma Media, already owns 30% of Vrabotuvanje Online.

Vrabotuvanje Online operates job portal Vrabotuvanje.com.mk since 2003. The company's net sales totalled 500,000 euro ($545,574) in 2022.
