Crnogorski Telekom lowered its capital by cancelling the 703,920 shares it owned in its own capital, the bourse operator said on its website earlier this week.

Following the decrease of Crnogorski Telekom's capital, it is now divided into 46,322,538 shares of 2.62 euro in par value each.

The shares last traded on the Montenegrin bourse on July 1, closing down 2.27% at 2.06 euro.

Deutsche Telekom's Croatian arm - Hrvatski Telekom (HT), owns 78% of Crnogorski Telekom, while the remainder belongs to a number of minority shareholders, bourse data showed on July 3.

Crnogorski Telekom said earlier that its net profit jumped to 6.6 million euro last year from 2.4 million euro in 2022.
