May 16 (SeeNews) - Following is a schedule of corporate, economic and political events taking place in, or related to, North Macedonia through June 14. New events are marked with an asterisk (*):

*Saturday, May 18 - Shareholders of Oilko KDA Skopje, which is active in transport and distribution of oil products, to vote on the company's proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 600 denars ($10.6/9.8 euro) per share for 2023, same as the previous year;

*Monday, May 20 - Shareholders of bituminous materials producer BIM to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 2,000 denars per share for 2023, higher compared with the previous year;

*Tuesday, May 21 - Shareholders of specialist medical practice service provider Debarski Banji - Capa AD Debar to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 143 denars per share for 2023, lower compared with the previous year;

*Wednesday, May 22 - Statistical office to release net wage data for March;

*Thursday, May 23 - Shareholders of beer and soft drinks producer Prilepska Pivarnica to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 1,111 denars per share for 2023, up from the 400 denars payout the previous year;

*Thursday, May 23 - Shareholders of construction company Granit to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 42 denars per share for 2023, higher than a year earlier;

*Thursday, May 23 - Shareholders of building materials producer Cementarnica Usje to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 2,415 denars per share for 2023, higher than a year earlier;

*Friday, May 24 - Saints Cyril and Methodius' Day, public holiday;

*Monday, May 27 - Statistical office to release electricity production figures for March;

*Tuesday, May 28 - Statistical office to release industrial price indices on the domestic market data for April;

*Tuesday, May 28 - Shareholders of electrical components and equipment manufacturer Rade Koncar - Aparatna Tehnika to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 125 denars per share for 2023, higher than a year earlier;

*Wednesday, May 29 - Makedonski Telekom's shareholders to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 25.6 denars per share for 2023, up from last year's payout of 19.3 denars denars per share;

*Wednesday, May 29 - Shareholders of Makedonija Osiguruvanje - Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 34 denars per share for 2023;

*Wednesday, May 29 - Shareholders of construction chemicals producer Ading to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 38 denars per share for last year, slightly higher than the gross dividend of 32 denars distributed for 2022;

*Wednesday, May 29 - Shareholders of NLB Banka to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 2,636 denars per share for 2023, higher compared with a year earlier;

*Thursday, May 30 - Shareholders of marble producer Mermeren Kombinat to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 2.8 euro per share for 2023, lower compared with the previous year;

*Thursday, May 30 - Shareholders of Tehnokomerc, a retailer of car spare parts, tires, batteries, construction machines and hydraulic hoses, to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 50 denars per share for 2023, same as the year before;

*Friday, May 31 - Shareholders of forwarding company Fersped to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 720 denars per share for 2023, higher compared with the previous year;

*Friday, May 31 - Shareholders of Stopanska Banka Skopje to vote on a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 6 denars per share for 2024 to the holders of its preferred shares, up from the 5 denars payout a year earlier;

*Friday, May 31 - Statistical office to release industrial output data for April;

*Monday, June 3 - Statistical office to release GDP data for the first quarter of 2024;

*Friday, June 7 - Statistical office to release consumer price inflation data for May;

*Friday, June 7 - Statistical office to publish trade data for April;

*Tuesday, June 11 - Statistical office to release tourist numbers for April;

*Friday, June 14 - Statistical office to release April building permits data.
