April 15 (SeeNews) - Following is a schedule of corporate, economic and political events taking place in, or related to, North Macedonia through May 15. New events are marked with an asterisk (*):

Wednesday, April 17 - Shareholders of hotel and catering services company Makedonijaturist to vote on a plan for the distribution of a gross dividend of 200 denars ($3.5/3.2 euro) per share for 2023, higher compared with the previous year;

Friday, April 19 - Shareholders of textile products manufacturer Teteks to vote on the company's proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 110 denars per share for 2023, same as the previous year;

Tuesday, April 23 - Statistical office to release net wage data for February;

Wednesday, April 24 - North Macedonia to hold presidential elections, public holiday;

Thursday, April 25 - Statistical office to release electricity production figures for February;

Thursday, April 25 - Finance ministry to release budget figures for March;

Monday, April 29 - Statistical office to release industrial price indices on the domestic market data for March;

Tuesday, April 30 - Statistical office to release industrial output data for March;

Tuesday, April 30 - Finance ministry to release public debt figures for the first quarter of 2024;

Tuesday, April 30 - Shareholders of lender UNI Banka to vote on the bank's plan to distribute a gross dividend of 368 denars for 2023, higher compared with a year earlier;

*Friday, May 3 - Good Friday, public holiday;

*Monday, May 6 - Easter Monday, public holiday;

*Tuesday, May 7 - Statistical office to release consumer price inflation data for April;

*Wednesday, May 8 - North Macedonia to hold parliamentary elections and potential second round of presidential elections, public holiday;

*Friday, May 10 - Statistical office to release March building permits data;

*Monday, May 10 - Statistical office to release tourist numbers for March;

*Wednesday, May 15 - Shareholders of RZ Tehnicka Kontrola AD, which provides quality control services for the metallurgical industry, to vote on the company's plan to distribute a gross dividend of 60 denars per share for 2023, higher compared with a year earlier.
