The new hospital will significantly improve the medical staff's working conditions and the overall medical services in the area, as well as create conditions for attracting new staff, health minister Vojislav Simun said in a statement earlier this week.

The recommended gross area of the new facility is some 12,290 sq m of above ground and 14,250 sq m of technical rooms below ground. The main building will host 16 functional units and offer 140 hospital beds.

Interested candidates can submit their offers by July 12.

The selected contractor should prepare the main project design within 6 months, and complete construction 36 months after starting works.
