Prospective bidders must be able to improve the landscape in the area, including construction of recreational facilities, and improve the connectivity infrastructure, the EBRD said in a tender notice.

Offers can be submitted to the Albanian development fund until August 8.

The initiative is part of a larger project to enhance the Albanian tourism offer, financed by the European Union through technical assistance and investments grants totaling 40 million euro ($42.8 million), and the EBRD through a complementary loan facility, the EBRD noted.
