Bosnia's Potkozarje minority stake trades in block deal

June 13 (SeeNews) - A total of 931,907 shares in Bosnia and Herzegovina's real estate company Potkozarje [BANJ:PTKZ-R-A], equal to a 17.2% stake, traded in a block transaction worth 500,434 marka ($276,453/255,868 euro), Banja Luka bourse data showed.

The shares changed hands at 0.537 marka apiece on June 12, the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) data showed on Wednesday.

Potkozarje's share capital is divided into 5,412,948 shares of 1 marka in par value each.

Its shares have not traded in regular trading on the BLSE in the past year.

(1 euro = 1.956 marka)
