Bosnia's building permits up 7.7% y/y in May

Of the total number of permits issued in May, 296 covered buildings, whereas 150 were issued for civil engineering works, the statistical office said in a monthly statement.

Based on the number of issued permits, 797 new dwellings have been planned for construction, up 33.1% on the year.

The overall number of building permits issued in Bosnia in 2023 was 14.8% higher on the year, while the number of new dwellings planned for construction rose 6.9%, the same statistical office has said earlier.
