Allianz Bulgaria Holding pre-leases part of Park Lane Office Center building in Sofia

Allianz Bulgaria Holding will occupy three floors of the office building as of the middle of next year, Park Lane Developments said in an e-mailed statement.

According to the statement, this is the biggest deal on the Bulgarian office property market this year.

Allianz Bulgaria Holding, part of Germany's Allianz Group, is the first financial group in Bulgaria that offers comprehensive insurance and financial services to its clients in five sectors - general insurance, life insurance, retirement provision, bank services and leasing, according to information published on the group's LinkedIn profile.

Sofia-based Park Lane Developments, a unit of local real estate investment group AG Capital, is a commercial property company which develops and manages prime office and logistics/light-industrial real estate assets.
