Supervisory board chairman raises stake in Croatia's Cateks

March 10 (SeeNews) - Croatian textile maker Cateks [ZSE:CTKS] said on Wednesday that the chairman of its supervisory board, Matija Bilandzija, raised his stake in the company's capital to 3.4837% after acquiring 582 shares for 33,756 kuna ($5,290/4,449 euro).

Following the transaction, Bilandzija now owns a total of 8,577 Cateks shares, the company said in a bourse filing.

The shares were acquired in an off-market transaction, the company said, without providing details about the seller.

The other shareholders in Cateks include Cakovec-based firm Investarx with a 17.33% stake, individual investor Ivan Soldo with a 4.07% stake and general manager Davor Sabolic with a 4.06% stake, according to March 10 data from the ZSE.

Cateks' share capital is divided into 246,201 stocks of 200 kuna in par value each.

The shares last traded on the ZSE on March 8, closing flat at 75 kuna.
