BayWa r.e. Romania buys 46 MWp PV park in Constanta county

June 26 (SeeNews) - The Romanian unit of Germany-based renewable energy developer BayWa r.e. acquired a photovoltaic (PV) plant located in the southeastern county of Constanta, law firm Filip & Company, who assisted BayWa r.e. in the transaction, said on Wednesday.

The White Gate solar park has an installed capacity of around 46 MWp, the law firm said in a press release.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The seller of the solar farm is Romanian company White Gate Industrial Park, which is controlled by several local investors, local news outlet Economica.net reported.
