Croatia’s Tekstilpromet to absorb units Lauris Moda, Pro Sport 98

Tekstilpromet signed agreements for the mergers with both Lauris Moda and Pro Sport 98 on June 20, the parent company said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.

Tekstilpromet's shareholders will vote on the proposed transactions at a meeting on July 24.

Tekstilpromet's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on June 18, when they closed flat at 200 euro ($213.9).
