July 1 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's retail sales turnover declined by 1.0% on a monthly comparison basis in May after falling by the same rate in April, the statistical office said.

In annual terms, retail sales decreased by 0.5% in May, after declining 0.3% in April, the statistical office said in a statement on Friday.

Last year, Slovenia's retail sales decreased by 11.5%, after rising 20.3% in 2022.
