Serbia's Geo-Projekt raises stake in Tehnohemija to 96.22%

June 21 (SeeNews) - Serbian engineering and technical consultancy firm Geo-Projekt SM said it has raised its stake in local trading company Tehnohemija [BEL:THSM] to 96.22% from 91.85% following a recent buyout bid.

Geo-Projekt SM managed to buy 1,489 Tehnohemija shares at 2,487 dinars ($22.8/21.2 euro) each between May 28 and June 17, Geo-Projekt SM said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse on Thursday.

Tehnohemija's total equity is divided into 34,110 shares of 1,000 dinars in nominal value each. The shares did not trade on the Belgrade bourse in the past year.

Both companies are located in the city of Sremska Mitrovica, in the northern province of Vojvodina.
