Romania's Metav to build 40 mln euro residential complex

Construction on the project, which will span 41,000 sq m and will comprise 93 villas and 71 apartments, will begin this month, Metav said in a press release.

The residential complex, which will include single-family homes, duplexes, townhouses, and individual villas with two-, three-, and four-room apartments, has an estimated delivery time of 24 months. The complex will also include a 250 sq m lounge space featuring relaxation facilities and coworking spaces.

Metav is also planning a new residential development on another plot of land near Bellemonde, as per the statement.
