Croatia's Liburana in loan deals with PBZ, Erste

August 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's renewable energy company Professio Energia [ZSE:DLPR] said its fully-owned subsidiary Liburana has signed a deal with local lenders Privredna Banka Zagreb and Erste&Steiermaerkische Bank d.d. to get loans for works on the Mazin 2 wind power plant.

The amount of the loans cannot be disclosed due to the provisions of the loan contracts, Professio Energia told SeeNews in an email late on Thursday.

The 20 MW Mazin 2 wind farm is located in Zadar country, southern Croatia.

The shares of Professio Energia were listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) in October 2019 but have not traded yet.

Local pension insurance fund Erste Plavi OMF category B controls 50.67% of the company, followed by pension fund PBZ Croatia Osiguranje OMF category B with 28.29% and insurer Croatia Osiguranje with some 15.42%, ZSE data showed.
