The 21-share equity benchmark, the CROBEX, dipped 0.03% to close at 2,807.34 points.
The narrower equity index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, added 0.34% to close at 1,683.31 points.
Podravka was the most traded company with a turnover of 478,000 euro ($512,000). Its shares rose 3.59% to close at 158.50 euro on Monday after the company announced on Friday afternoon that it has submitted a binding bid for the acquisition of the agriculture division of local Fortenova Group.
Shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla fell 0.95% to 209 euro in a turnover of some 130,000 euro.
The regular bourse turnover fell to 1.3 million euro from 1.6 million euro on Friday.
