Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties to pay 0.08 euro per share dividend

June 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Sopharma Properties [BUL:SFI] said on Thursday that its shareholders endorsed the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.16 levs ($0.088/0.082 euro) per share for 2023.

Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties to pay 0.08 euro per share dividend

The company will return to investors 3.51 million levs out of its net profit of 11.83 million levs reported for last year, Sopharma Properties said in a bourse filing. The remaining earnings will be kept as undistributed profit.

Last year, Sopharma Properties paid out a gross dividend of 0.165 levs per share for 2022, or 3.62 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

As of 1515 CEST on Thursday, shares in Sopharma Properties traded 14.74% lower at 8.10 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
