Croatia's Viktor Lenac to skip dividend

June 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipyard Brodogradiliste Viktor Lenac [ZSE:VLEN] said its shareholders decided on Thursday to skip dividend payment this year.

Croatia's Viktor Lenac to skip dividend

The company’s net profit of 4.7 million euro ($5.0 million) for 2023 will be retained, the shipyard said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Last year, the company retained its net profit of 5.3 million euro for 2022.

The company's largest shareholder is Italian shipbuilding group Palumbo with a stake of 81.97%.

Viktor Lenac's shares traded 2.73% lower at 3.56 euro intraday on Thursday on the Zagreb bourse.
