Bulgaria's Port Flot-Burgas to pay 0.02 euro/share dividend for 2023

June 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian port towage services company Port Flot-Burgas [BUL:PFB] said on Thursday that its shareholders approved a gross dividend distribution of 0.04 levs ($0.022/0.020 euro) per share for 2023.

The company will pay out a total of 400,000 levs from its net profit of 1.78 million levs reported for last year, Port Flot-Burgas said in a bourse filing. The remaining earnings will be retained.

The dividend will be disbursed between July 22 and August 22.

Last year, Port Flot-Burgas distributed a gross dividend of 0.025 levs per share for 2022, or 250,000 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Port Flot-Burgas last traded on May 28 when they closed at 7.50 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
