Telematic Interactive Bulgaria to pay out 0.2 euro/share dividend

Equity owners will receive 5.05 million levs in total, starting April 2, Telematic Interactive said in a bourse filing on Monday.

The dividend will be paid out from the company's undistributed profit, the betting operator said in an earlier statement.

In December, Telematic's investors approved the distribution of a one-time gross dividend of 0.40 levs per share from accumulated profits, or 5.18 million levs in total.

Shares in Telematic Interactive last traded on Monday when they closed at 15.40 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
