Bosnia’s OC Jahorina completes 14.8 mln euro cap hike

July 10 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's OC Jahorina [BLSE:OCJH], the operator of the country's eponymous ski resort, said on Wednesday it raised its capital by 29 million marka ($16.1 million/14.8 million euro) by issuing new shares.

OC Jahorina issued a total of 29,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each, it said in a filing with the Banja Luka bourse.

Prior to the capital hike, the company's share capital totalled 32.5 million marka, divided into 32,504,292 shares of 1 marka in par value each.

OC Jahorina opened the subscription for the new share issue on June 20 and suspended it on July 3 due to the emergence of new circumstances that could affect the decision of investors to purchase the securities, it said earlier. The subscription was reopen on July 8.

Its shares have not traded on the BLSE in the past year.
