December 20 (SeeNews) - Online betting and gambling operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BSE:TIB] said that its shareholders approved the proposed distribution of a one-time gross dividend of 0.40 levs ($0.22/0.20 euro) per share from accumulated profits.
The decision was approved by all shareholders who were present at the general meeting and who own a combined share of 93.27%, Telematic Interactive Bulgaria said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The total amount to be paid out comes to a little over 5.18 million levs. The company will pay out the dividend as a lump sum starting on January 11, 2024. Investors eligible for the payout must be registered as shareholders no later than January 2, 2024.
Earlier this year, Telematic Interactive Bulgaria equity owners voted in favour of the distribution of a gross annual dividend of 1 lev per share for 2022, or over half of last year's net profit of 22.6 million levs. In 2021, the company paid out a dividend of 2.35 levs per share.
Shares in Telematic Interactive Bulgaria closed at 14.50 levs on Tuesday. The company has a market capitalisation of roughly 188 million levs, bourse data show.
