February 5 (SeeNews) - Online betting and gambling operator Telematic Interactive Bulgaria [BUL:TIB] said it is proposing to its shareholders to pay out a one-time gross dividend of 0.39 levs ($0.22/0.20 euro) per share from its undistributed profit.
Telematic Interactive intends to distribute 5.05 million levs in total to its investors, the company said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The proposal will be voted on at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for March 11.
In December, Telematic's equity owners approved the distribution of a one-time gross dividend of 0.40 levs per share from accumulated profits, or 5.18 million levs in total.
As of 1347 CET on Monday, shares in Telematic Interactive traded 4.35% higher at 14.40 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
