SunExpress launches Izmir-Tirana route

June 5 (SeeNews) - SunExpress launched on Tuesday a new route linking the Albanian capital Tirana to the Aegean city of Izmir in Turkey, the operator of Tirana airport, TIA, said.

Flights on the new route will be operated twice a week, TIA said in a social media post on Wednesday.

SunExpress is a joint venture between Turkish Airlines and German flag carrier Lufthansa.
