N. Macedonia banks' end-May loan portfolio up 6.8% y/y

Month-on-month, the banks' loan portfolio was 0.9% higher at the end of May, the central bank said in a statement.

Loans to the corporate sector grew 6.4% on the year, reaching 220.4 billion denars at the end of May, while loans to households totalled 235.8 billion denars, up 7.0%.
