September 15 (SeeNews) - Steel radiator manufacturer Korado Bulgaria [BUL:KBG], part of Czech Republic-based Korado Group, said on Wednesday that its shareholders approved the management's proposal for distribution gross dividend of 0.10 levs ($0.060/0.051 euro) per share for the first half of 2021, the same as the payout for the comparable period of 2020.
Korado will distribute as dividend some 1.32 million levs of the total profit of some 1.5 million levs for the first six months of this year, it said in a statement.
The company distributed a total dividend of 0.29 levs per share for 2020.
As at 14:15 CET on Wednesday, shares in Korado Bulgaria traded flat at a price of 8.70 levs on the floor of the Sofia bourse.
Korado Group CEO Vojtech Chamek told SeeNews in an interview in March that Korado Bulgaria will stick to its dividend payment policy, following a robust performance through the crisis-ridden 2020 thanks to support from its parent.
