The company's market debut follows a technical listing assisted by Romanian brokerage firm Goldring, the BVB said in a press release.
A technical listing allows a company to list on a stock exchange without issuing shares, therefore without changing its stakeholder structure. Instead, existing shares held by private shareholders are made available for trading on the stock exchange.
