The aim of this strategic partnership within Futura Partners is to establish a global platform for delivering all interior segments and developing top-tier staff, Sinago said in a press release.

"This synergy represents a win for both sides, and at the locations in Mokrice and Zagreb, the plan is to create centers for the development of top personnel, attracting the best experts from project management, technological development of interiors and production. By opening new jobs, we will further strengthen our already exceptional staff of a total of 130 employees," said Marko Majcenovic, Sinago's director.

After the completion of the transaction, umdasch Store Makers Croatia will change its name into Bespoke Interiors by Sinago and will continue to operate as a separate company.

umdasch The Store Makers, based in Amstetten, Austria, is a major player in shop fittings with around 1,300 employees. It manages over 7,000 construction projects and 200 general contractor projects annually across five continents through 170 subsidiaries.
