Foreign tourists spent 139,383 overnights in the Federation in April, an annual increase of 10.1%, the Federation's statistical office said in a monthly report.
The total number of tourists who visited the Federation in April was 99,658, up 17.2% on the year. Total tourist overnights increased 13.3% on the year to 181,938 last month.
In April the most foreign visitors to the Federation came from Turkey (14,346), followed by tourists from Croatia (10,404), and Slovenia (5,167).
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
