The company is offering to investors 2,000 notes of 1,000 marka in par value each, bearing annual interest of 6%, it said in a bourse filing.
The offering will be available for subscription for 15 days starting July 5. The note issuance will be considered successful if at least 60% of the offering is subscribed.
The company raised 1 million marka from the sale of three-year notes in March.
