The consolidated net profit of the parent company Tehnika and its subsidiaries of 61.6 million kuna for 2021 will be also used to cover losses from previous years, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The shareholders will vote on the proposals on August 30.

Last year, they decided to cover the net loss of the parent company Tehnika of 24.9 million kuna for 2020, and the consolidated net loss of 18.1 million kuna for 2020 with future profit.

Tehnika's shares last traded on June 17, closing 29.51% higher at 158 kuna.
